Debbie LaChusa is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and marketing and home-based business expert.

After spending 13 years working in corporate America, Debbie decided to open her own home-based business to allow her more time with her family. Since that time she has built a business that has enabled her to continue her career, be home with her family and earn a six-figure income.

Up until 2007, Debbie’s business was focused on providing marketing consulting, coaching, teleclasses and information products to small business owners and solo-professionals.

In 2007, Debbie introduced 6-Figure Work-At-Home Mom and began teaching other women (and some men, too!) how to build their own successful home-based businesses.

In her book, products and talks, Debbie weaves together an empowering message that helps people bust through limiting beliefs, become inspired and motivated to step out and create the life they really want, and learn the nuts-and-bolts marketing and business know-how they need to create that success.

But the large majority of these moms are working full-time outside of the home and sacrificing time with their children to satisfy their career aspirations.

Research shows that while 60% of employed moms find part-time work most appealing, ONLY 24% actually have part-time hours.

It’s time for the world to be introduced to the Career-at-Home Mom – the mom who gets to continue her career in a home-based business, be home with her family AND earn a great income.

Debbie's motto is "You can HAVE it all ... but you don't have to DO it all!" After years of struggling to find a way to balance her career and her family, eventual stress-overload, chronic illness and burn-out, Debbie was forced to quit her "dream job" and find another way to live her life. From those depths, she picked herself back up and eventually found a way to "have it all" and not die trying. And now she teaches others how to do the same, drawing from her own personal journey as a mom, 21-year marketing professional, and 10-year home-based business owner.
