Resource Center Troubleshooting Tips If you did not receive your login and password, or you have lost them, please click here to email my assistant Jill. She will do her best to respond within 24 hours. If you have difficulty logging into the Resource Center, please try the following steps before contacting us. (1) Double-check your login and password. These were emailed to you immediately after you purchased The 10stepmarketing System. Your login is the email address you entered when you placed your order. Your password is an automatically generated password. If you can't find your password, or you no longer remember it, please click here to use the "Forgot Your Password?" option. Your password will be emailed to you again. Sometimes, when you change your password, you may experience difficulty logging into the Resource Center immediately after making the password change. In this case, or with any other login difficulties, please follow the steps below. (2) Clear your Internet Browser Cookies, Temporary Files, Forms and Passwords Here are instructions for doing this in Internet Explorer: With your Internet browser open, select "Tools", and "Internet Options" from the toolbar at the top of the window. Click on the "General Tab" and then click on the "Delete" button in the "Browsing History" section. Delete Files, History, Cookies, Forms and Passwords, one by one. Close your Internet browser, and re-open it. Then try logging in again. (3) Wait 5-10 minutes and try logging in again. Occasionally there may be intermittent server issues that could cause a problem when trying to log in. (4) If you still cannot login, please try logging in on another computer if possible. Some computers may have firewalls or other software that can prevent access. (5) If you still cannot login, please try restarting your computer and then try logging in again. (6) If after trying these 5 steps, you still cannot access the Resource Center please click here to email my assistant Jill. She will do her best to respond within 24 hours.
